$60.00 $48.00

Women’s bodies undergo tremendous change and pressure during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum.  Unfortunately, most women aren’t armed with the knowledge they need to heal well and prevent common issues like pelvic floor weakness and low milk supply.  The Postpartum Body Bundle is the solution that pregnant and postpartum mamas need.  This bundle includes two classes: Postpartum Nutrition and Postpartum Pelvic Floor.  With the help of physical therapist Erin Weber and registered dietician Jackie Elnahar, we answer your biggest questions, like “what supplements should I take after giving birth?”, “am I gonna pee my pants from now on?”, and “what foods should I eat to increase my milk supply?”

New moms will learn how to care for themselves with as much love as they give their babies.

Workshop Descriptions:

Postpartum Nutrition

The first 8 weeks after baby is born are packed with information on how to keep baby healthy.  But what about mom?  After the demands of pregnancy, labor, and/or surgery, moms need specific nutrition to heal well and nourish their babies.  With the help of registered dietician Jackie Elnahar, we explore the unique nutritional needs during postpartum, including specific nutrients at risk of deficiency or required at greater amounts.  This power-packed course teaches each mom how to prioritize their physical health, empowering her to nourish her baby and feel her best.

What You'll Learn:

  • What specific nutrition do I need as a new mom?
  • What foods (and supplements) should I eat to recover from pregnancy, labor, and/or a c-section delivery?
  • How does nutrition affect my milk supply?
  • How can I reduce my risk of postpartum depression by eating healthfully?
  • What nutrients should I incorporate into my diet (or supplements) supplementation for optimal lactation and breastfeeding?

Postpartum Pelvic Floor

Pregnancy and delivery, whether vaginal or by c-section, place enormous stress on the body, and moms need proper healing and rehabilitation.  So how do you heal your body while taking care of a newborn?  Physical therapist Erin Weber gives us the most current knowledge to treat postpartum pain and pelvic floor dysfunction.  Perfect for pregnant women and new moms, this course will help you care for your body in the postpartum season, remedy incontinence (yes, it’s possible!), and prevent pregnancy-induced chronic issues.

What You'll Learn:

  • How can I encourage my pelvic floor and core to regain strength postpartum (and how long will this take)?
  • What can I do to prevent or manage postpartum incontinence?
  • When can I safely start exercising again?
  • How can I help my perineal and/or c-section scars heal?
  • What are the best ways to lift and feed my baby that allow my body to heal?
  • What’s postpartum prolapse and how can I prevent or manage it?
  • What’s Diastasis Recti Abdominus (DRA)?  How can I help my body heal from this?

  • Pregnant and postpartum women
