Beth Sachnoff
Beth Sachnoff is a Clinical Herbalist, educator, and mama to two spirited little girls. As a graduate of the Clinical Herbalism program at the Berkeley Herbal Center, Beth is passionate about awakening mothers to the healing and nourishing medicine of plants. In her private practice, she helps overwhelmed mamas slow down and connect with themselves within the chaos of parenthood. Through the power of plants, she helps women have more energy, be fully present with their families, and feel like their vibrant selves again.
