The Sleep Bundle
There’s a surprising amount of time between naptime, diaper changes, and feedings. So what exactly are parents supposed to do to make sure their infants are developing well? And how do you know if you’re “doing it right”? The Movement and Play Bundle covers all the basics on play and infant development. This bundle includes two fun classes: Purposeful Play for Infants and Tummy Time & Beyond. With the help of Pediatric Physical Therapist Brita Destefano, we answer the questions that aren’t covered during your prenatal appointments, like “what household items can I use to play with my baby?”, “what developmental milestones should I expect at this age?” and “is my baby supposed to be crying during tummy time?” New parents will feel relaxed and confident as they learn that less is more when it comes to play and development.
Tummy time is often exciting in theory and less fun in reality. Many new parents feel pressure to introduce their infant to tummy time, but anxiety over their baby’s obvious lack of enthusiasm (read: tears). Practicing tummy time helps build a foundation for healthy development, and doesn’t have to be stressful. Pediatric Physical Therapist, Brita Destefano teaches new moms how to confidently practice tear-free tummy time, knowing that their baby is comfortable.
Ever felt like you didn’t know what to do with your baby until naptime? You’re not the only mom staring at the clock waiting for the moment you can finally put your baby down. In this workshop, Pediatric Physical Therapist, Brita Destefano teaches moms and dads how to use low-prep playtime activities to engage their little ones and promote healthy development. You’ll learn easy ways to entertain your infant with developmentally appropriate and purposeful play. This is the perfect course to take the pressure off parents: less is more when playing with your child.
