Molly Nourmand
Molly Nourmand is a licensed psychotherapist, yogini, wife and mother to her daughter, Bijou. After her own experience with postpartum depression, she felt the call to guide new mothers through the transition into motherhood with therapy, yoga, and her postpartum support circle Life After Birth™. Passionate about supporting new mothers, Molly completed the Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy training with Postpartum Support International. With over a decade of experience and her multilayered training, Molly helps women transform into their healthiest and most integrated selves.
